1. User Agreement

By creating an account and using Survey Cash Club, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of the platform and your participation in research studies. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Survey Cash Club, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, true, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account with other users
• Answer survey questions honestly and accurately
• Comply with all study terms set by research brands
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access studies
• Report suspected fraudulent activity immediately

3. Access to Study Screeners

Your membership grants you access to view and complete study screener questions posted by research brands. However:

• You are not guaranteed acceptance into any study
• Brands control all acceptance decisions independently
• False or misleading screener responses may result in disqualification
• You must meet all study requirements to proceed
• Brands may reject you at any point during a study

4. No Guaranteed Study Approval

Survey Cash Club does not guarantee your acceptance into any research study. Study approval is entirely at the discretion of the research brand. Reasons for rejection may include (but are not limited to):

• Demographics not matching study criteria
• Failing screener questions
• Study capacity already full
• Geographic restrictions
• Technical issues during qualification
• Brand preference for specific participant profiles

5. No Guaranteed Earnings

Your membership provides access to earning opportunities, but does not guarantee any income. Survey Cash Club makes no income claims or promises. Your earnings depend on study availability, brand approval, and time invested. Some users may earn significant income; others may earn little or nothing.

6. Non-Refundable Membership

All Survey Cash Club memberships are non-refundable. You acknowledge this before purchase. No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of available studies
• Study rejections or low earnings
• Cancellation at any time
• Any other reason

7. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for your membership fee. However:

• You will retain access to your account until the billing period ends
• Any earned compensation remains credited to your account
• You may reactivate your membership at any time

8. Platform Rules & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use multiple accounts or false identities
• Provide dishonest or misleading information
• Manipulate surveys or screeners
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Engage in spam or phishing

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Survey Cash Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You fail to comply with study terms
• You create duplicate accounts
• You attempt to exploit or abuse the platform
• You violate any applicable law

Account termination does not entitle you to a refund of your membership fee.

10. Legal Acceptance Upon Signup

By clicking "Create Account" during signup, you legally agree to:

• These Terms of Service in their entirety
• The Refund Policy (non-refundable memberships)
• The Privacy Policy
• The Earnings Disclaimer (no guaranteed income)
• That study approvals are not guaranteed
• That you will comply with all applicable rules

Acceptance of these terms is required to create an account and purchase a membership.

11. Third-Party Research Platforms

Survey Cash Club works with independent research brands and platforms. You acknowledge that:

• Each brand has their own terms and privacy policies
• Survey Cash Club is not responsible for brand conduct
• Brand approval decisions are final and binding
• You must comply with each brand's individual terms
• Survey Cash Club does not control study content or compensation

12. Limitation of Liability

Survey Cash Club is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Study availability or content
• Brand decisions or conduct
• Platform outages or technical errors
• Loss of earnings or account access
• Third-party actions or services
