Clear Terms on Membership & Refunds

You may cancel your paid Survey Cash Club membership (Junior, Platinum, Elite) at any time through your account settings — there is no long-term commitment. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Survey Cash Club does not offer an automatic or blanket money-back guarantee. Refund requests are reviewed individually, on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email billing@surveycashclub.pro or support@surveycashclub.pro with your account email, transaction date, and reason for the request. If a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Your membership fee grants you access to a database of research studies posted by independent brands and research companies. The membership itself does not guarantee:
Each research brand independently controls their study acceptance criteria. Survey Cash Club does not influence or guarantee your acceptance into any study. Rejection may occur due to:
Survey Cash Club provides access to earning opportunities, but does not guarantee any level of income. Earnings depend on:
Some members may earn significant income, while others may earn little or nothing. Past earnings do not predict future results.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the membership fee you have already paid. Your access will be revoked at the end of your current billing period.
Any compensation earned from completed surveys is separate from the membership fee and is non-refundable. Once you have been credited with earnings, those funds are yours to use (subject to withdrawal terms). You cannot request a refund on earned survey compensation.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. This includes (but is not limited to):
