Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal of a paid Survey Cash Club membership (Junior, Platinum, Elite). To request a refund, email support@surveycashclub.pro with your account email, transaction date, and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. This applies regardless of:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with available studies
• Failure to qualify for studies
• Low earnings from survey participation
• Cancellation at any point after the 7-day window
• Decision to stop using the platform

2. What You're Paying For

Your membership fee grants you access to a database of research studies posted by independent brands and research companies. The membership itself does not guarantee:

• Acceptance into any specific study
• Earnings or compensation from surveys
• A minimum number of available studies
• Study availability in your demographic
• Approval for premium membership surveys

3. Study Approval is Not Guaranteed

Each research brand independently controls their study acceptance criteria. Survey Cash Club does not influence or guarantee your acceptance into any study. Rejection may occur due to:

• Demographics not matching study requirements
• Failing screener questions
• Study capacity already filled
• Brand preference for different participant profiles
• Disqualification at any point during the study

4. Earnings Are Variable & Not Guaranteed

Survey Cash Club provides access to earning opportunities, but does not guarantee any level of income. Earnings depend on:

• Number of available studies matching your profile
• Your qualifications for specific studies
• Time investment in survey completion
• Market demand for research in your demographic
• Brand compensation rates (which vary widely)

Some members may earn significant income, while others may earn little or nothing. Past earnings do not predict future results.

5. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the membership fee you have already paid. Your access will be revoked at the end of your current billing period.

6. Earned Compensation

Any compensation earned from completed surveys is separate from the membership fee and is non-refundable. Once you have been credited with earnings, those funds are yours to use (subject to withdrawal terms). You cannot request a refund on earned survey compensation.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Fraudulent activity or dishonest survey responses
• Multiple accounts
• Inappropriate conduct
• Violation of brand partner terms
• Suspected bot or automated activity

8. Exceptions (Limited)

We reserve the right to issue a refund at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate billing (accidental double charge)
• Unauthorized transactions (fraud claim verified)
• Service outage lasting more than 48 continuous hours

Refund requests must be submitted with supporting evidence within 30 days of the transaction date.

• Your account email and username
• Transaction date and amount
• Clear explanation of the issue
• Supporting documentation if applicable

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
