• Availability of studies matching your demographic profile
• Study Companies' selection criteria and approval processes
• Your geographic location
• Your responsiveness and quality of participation
• Market demand for research participants
• Seasonal fluctuations in study availability

Any earnings figures displayed on the platform, in marketing materials, or in testimonials represent individual results and are not typical. Past earnings do not guarantee future results.

3. Payment Disclaimer

Survey Cash Club does NOT pay members directly for completing studies.

All study compensation is paid by the Study Companies that run the research. SCC has no control over:

• When Study Companies issue payments
• Payment methods used by Study Companies (PayPal, gift cards, direct deposit, etc.)
• Whether a Study Company fulfills its payment obligations
• The amount or timing of compensation for any specific study

SCC earns revenue solely through membership subscription fees. Your membership fee grants you access to study listings and platform features — it does not guarantee study placements or earnings.

4. Third-Party Disclaimer

SCC is not responsible for the actions, content, policies, or practices of third-party Study Companies. When you apply for or participate in a study, you are entering into a separate relationship with that Study Company. We recommend reviewing each Study Company's terms and privacy practices before participating. SCC does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the legitimacy, safety, or quality of any third-party study.

Any compensation you receive from Study Companies may be considered taxable income. You are solely responsible for reporting your earnings to the appropriate tax authorities and paying any applicable taxes. SCC does not provide tax advice. 6. Platform Availability

SCC strives to maintain consistent platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss of earnings or opportunities resulting from platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Survey Cash Club, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
